Looking for growth in three key European markets, Udemy asked Curly for support in organising their first ever roadshow to Paris, Amsterdam and Munich in Q1 2024.
What Curly did
Udemy asked Curly to provide costs for a ‘full’ roadshow, utilising a stage set and crew travelling to multiple European capitals. We provided a budget and overview of logistics, and discussed with Udemy the pros and cons of running a full-scale roadshow at this stage in the company’s development. This honest collaboration helped Udemy identify that, for 2024, a scaled down solution was more appropriate for their needs and budget. Curly then advised on event formats, sourced venues to welcome 50 clients and prospects, created event branding and provided on-site presence to support the team.
